Wenn ein Eigentümer nur immer Kapital rausschlägt, und nichts mehr investiert. Alles Sachen ausserhalb des Gebäudes sind in die Jahren gekommen, und müssten ersetzt werden. Auch innen brauchte es mal eine Grundreinigung… Dusche müsste ersetzt werden. Faxit: Heinz Morf, das Haus ist zu 100% überzahlt, und ist die Miete keinen falls wert. Oke es hatte 4 Schlafplätze, wir waren ja nur zu zweit. Für den kleinen Hund wo wir dabei hatten War es gut, das ganze Grundstück war eingezäunt.. An dieses Haus werden wir nicht mehr kommen..
