The quirky art and the overall design brought a touch of originality. We appreciated the owner's responsiveness when we had a (tiny) problem with the hob The generous supply of shower gel and washing up liquid was a nice touch
The listing has photos of several different apartments, and it would be more helpful to separate them so we knew exactly what we were booking

La casa estaba en un lugar privilegiado, fuera del casco urbano, en la naturaleza y a su vez en el pueblo. La inmediatez con la que Ismael ha ido resolviendo las preguntas que necesitamos y la entrega de llave en mano se valora positivamente. La casa tenía de todo lo que podíamos necesitar. Las vacaciones han sido estupendas.
No tengo nada que contar con respecto a este punto, puesto que todo estaba en orden para poder vivir unos días fuera de casa y sentirte como en casa.

El apartamento esta bien. Limpio y con decoración actual . El sofá -cama, duro como cama e incomodo como sofá. La cama grande cómoda y con 2 tipos de almohada. Un detalle. Ismael muy amable y resolutivo en cuanto le pedíamos alguna cosita...
La ubicación,el entorno.Sin vistas y en un barrio nada atractivo. Es cierto que a lo lejos se ve la playa de Berria, pero en medio está el penal de el Dueso. La fotografía de la fachada anunciando Tierra y Arte deja mucho que desear del entorno real donde se encuentra. Me decepciono.
