Situated in the quiet community of Rodney Heights is this conveniently located apartment. The apartment has easy access to educational and leisure facilities as well as the commercial hub of Rodney Bay.
Upon entry to the property are manual sliding gates which provides admittance to the paved private parking area. As one walks down the flight of stairs emerges the fully furnished unit.
On the interior one is greeted with a 5-piece wooden dining room set. Sharing the space is the living room which is decorated with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and several windows adorn the walls allowing bright light and gentle breeze.
The kitchen is built with white top and bottom cabinetry and a charcoal coloured tiled countertop. It is fitted with a double stainless-steel sink and major appliances. To the left of the kitchen are built in closets which serves as a storage and laundry room. The laundry section is equipped with a washer and top shelving for ease of use.
On either end of the hallway is a bedroom. The bedrooms both have spacious built-in closets, AC units, ceiling fans, and secured windows which enhance ventilation.
The shared bathroom has a fully tiled standing shower and a single vanity with plenty of bottom cupboard storage.
Bordering the living quarters is a wide banister patio which gives way to the panoramic view of the Rodney Bay Marina and surroundings. There is also the view of the manicured grounds with low bearing coconut trees. This provides a satisfying natural healthy drink to quench one’s thirst on an especially hot day.
