Our property is located 5 minutes walk away from Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa Hotel where there is public access on part of Sandals grounds to gain access to the public beach. The walk to Sandals is absolutely superb as you pass their beautiful golf course and well kept grounds full of tropical and exotic plants and trees.
Our house is also situated 3 minutes walk away from the Capitals main hospital in Castries Victoria hospital it is also situated near to Tapion a private hospital and St Lucia's New National Hospital. It's only a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes bus ride away to Castries town centre.
Close to good transport links including George Compton Highway, taxi and local bus transit service which is minutes away. There is also a local gym situated 5 minutes down the road.
