The beach and "le point plage" (a structure offering all water sports activities: paddle, surf, J80, catamaran lessons and supervised sea outings) are nearby. The large beach is 2 km long, perfectly suited for walks, jogging and family outings.

Nearby:
A not-to-be-missed stopover on the Emerald Coast: Cap Fréhel, to the west, an impressive site classified as an ornithological reserve, whose cliffs tower 70 meters above the sea.
Nearby, stop off at the Château de Fort la Latte, built in the 14th century on a rocky headland, which majestically overlooks the English Channel.

Nearby Saint-Cast-le-Guildo is a charming resort with a small port, coastal paths and seven sandy beaches!

An ancient corsair town, the fortified city of Saint-Malo is built on a rock. With its magnificent ramparts, it offers a magnificent panorama of the sea and the Channel Islands of Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. A walk around the ramparts is a must, but neither is the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier, with its picturesque cobbled streets, wealthy shipowners' houses and château, whose keep houses the Musée d'Histoire de la Ville et du Pays Malouin. In Saint-Malo, you can watch live the high tides or the start of the Route du Rhum, reach the Fort National at low tide, built according to Vauban's plans, discover Chateaubriand's tomb on the islet of Grand Bé, cruise the bay of Saint-Malo in a pleasure boat...

Lovers of walking or cycling can follow the signposted route through the Rance valley, where mills, malouinières and fishing villages punctuate the landscape.

Another not-to-be-missed stopover is the famous seaside resort of Dinard, which has preserved a number of magnificent villas from its Belle Époque past: the Clair de Lune promenade and the Malouine promenade will show you some of them.

Between Dinard and Saint-Malo, the Rance tidal power plant, commissioned by EDF in 1966, is open to the public: an interesting way to discover how electricity is generated by the movement of the tides.

In medieval Dinan, Ville d'Art et d'Histoire, take time to stroll through the narrow streets, visit the feudal castle, admire the timber-framed houses and beautiful religious buildings.

No visit to Cancale is complete without a tour of the oyster beds or the Ferme Marine, and a tasting of seafood products, with a view of the Port de la Houle, for example. The Musée des Arts et Traditions populaires will reveal objects, costumes and traditions from the life of the Cancalais.
