Easy check in and the room had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable too. Mall with supermarket and restaurants near by.

The location was really bad. It's not manila but outside of manila. But for a stay after coming from the airport it's okay. Also you have the occasional bug here and there. But I am someone scared of insects and I was okay.

I needed accommodation in Manila for a week and this place was exactly what I wanted. I originally booked 3 days, but as it was good, booked another 4 days.The unit was comfortable, very clean and had most facilities, it just lacked a microwave. Bed was comfortable, there was a large screen TV, aircon, WiFi worked well and best of all....it was quiet! SM supermarket was a couple of km's away.The owner was very helpful and as he lived on the premises, was available to attend to any issues. He arranged a taxi to the airport when I was leaving. This place was good value for money. I have no reservations about staying there again, should I need a place to stay in Manila.

At the point of being pedantic, the property was a little way out of the centre. No other issues.

Reasonable price .

No reception. my fiancé unable to check in before collecting me from the airport though he got all the booking info . check in instructions sent on the day . Need to see the security guard to get the key to the unit . There is no fast food restaurant within walking distance. A few small stores at the ground floor of the building that sells home cooked foods.
