The location is easy to find and very accessible, with plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. There were just a few minor issues during our stay. The shower drain was slow, causing the bathroom to flood, and we had to wait several minutes for the water to drain. The air conditioning was also not cold enough for our preference. I called the front desk, and they promptly checked it. They offered to transfer us to another room, but we decided to stay in our original room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We especially appreciated the staff’s responsiveness and willingness to address our concerns.

We've stayed at this hotel countless times, but it's becoming increasingly disappointing because we almost always end up being assigned a room with defects. In previous stays, we've experienced weak toilet flushes, faulty air conditioning, and other maintenance issues. This stay was the worst so far. We originally booked a Premium Room, but upon check-in, we were told we were being transferred to a Deluxe Room because the Premium Rooms were supposedly full. (we know better ang deluxe but i dont understand why) However, it was obvious that there were still plenty of Premium Rooms available, making the explanation difficult to believe. The room we were given had several issues. The air conditioner was making a noise, and we were simply told that it was coming from outside. The biggest problem happened when we left the room. When we came back, we couldn't get back inside because the door lock had malfunctioned. It was making unusual noises and wouldn't unlock. We had to call for assistance, and even the hotel attendant struggled to open the door. Instead of immediately resolving the issue, we were only told that we would be transferred if another room became available, even though there were clearly many vacant rooms. It felt like our concern wasn't taken seriously despite the fact that this was a security and safety issue. We understand that discounted bookings through Agoda are common, but guests who book through Agoda deserve the same standard of room quality as everyone else. It shouldn't mean being assigned rooms with recurring defects or unresolved maintenance problems. As repeat guests, this experience was extremely disappointing. We hope management starts paying closer attention to room quality and treats all guests fairly, regardless of where they made their reservation.
