Good location outside downtown. Close to bus stop, groceries and pharmacy. The apartment is comfortable with all the amenities you need for a short or long stay. Pilar is a great host, very responsive to any need or query. Definitely will stay here again.

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, gestaltet , wie für den eigenen, persönlichen Gebrauch. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Sauber und alles vorhanden um einige Tage in San Sebastian zu verbringen. Pinar war schnell und leicht zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus-perfekt.

We overall enjoyed our stay, the apartment was very clean and Pinar is a very friendly host. There‘s a bus connection right in front of the apartment which is convenient for trips to the city centre. Furthermore, the sofa is adjustable and comfy.

We didn‘t feel particularly safe at night as there‘s no fence or anything similar surrounding the property and the walls are very thin. Also, some of the rooms shown on the website are apparently not part of the booking, which was a bit disappointing. As some have already commented, the shower regulator is not functioning and thus the water is quite hot at all times. Lastly, the air-conditioning is lacking which was really misfortunate paired with outside temperatures above 30 degrees celsius and sleeping with open windows was not really an option due to the fact that one could easily see inside the bedroom and the whole apartment in general without shutting the blinds (which would then again not allow for proper airflow).
