Not posh, but not expensive either, pretty good

Private parking near the centre, 10 mins to the Arena, spacious, radiator was really warm 2 mins after you turned it on, key and gate entry via keys in key safe were easily found and executed. WiFi details under the modem, charming host/neighbour came in and sorted the TV out, really comfy bed, quiet but convenient for town.

Bedroom a bit dark. Eco light is dim before it goes on full tilt after 5 mins, I don't like them, they're depressing like most eco stuff, but that's just me. Not the smartest part of Nemes externally.

Communication only in French Yard was rather tight for all cars Outer door and wall on front room made on plain glass was a somehow strange experience - curtains existed, though.

Un passaggio veloce sulla via per il nostro rientro in Andalusia. L'appartamento è accogliente ben riscaldato e pulito.Con un po più di attenzione ai dettagli sarebbe davvero top!!parcheggio privato nel cortile gratuito un must!

Lgement modeste mais bien aménagé. Propreté. Literie impécable. Bien chauffé. WiFi. Parking privé. Proximité du centre ville de Nîmes : pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture pour se déplacer.

Petit problème avec le robinet de l'évier, qu'il faudrait simplement resserrer.

Un apartamento muy bonito y bien ubicado

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar Nímes. Está reformado con gusto y con todo lo necesario. Calentito para el invierno. La entrada tiene un gran ventanal que da al patio interior donde están los coches pero no es problema porque se tapa con una cortina tupida y listo.

Si que es verdad que si quitasen el armario grande de comedor podrían poner la mesa en ese hueco y donde está la mesa ahora pues un mueble TV

Goede uitvalsbasis voor Nîmes en het westelijke deel van de Camargue.

Mooi stil appartement, behoorlijk goed ingericht, prive parkeerplaats op binnenplaatsje. Niet echt op loopafstand van het centrum, maar een goed bediende bushalte vlakbij. Tip: neem een dagkaart voor het openbaar vervoer! Eigenaresse nooit gezien, maar de dame die schoonmaakte was heel hartelijk en de buren waren ook vriendelijk. We wilden helemaal niet naar Nîmes maar naar Montpellier. Achteraf blij dat we dit gedaan hebben: Nimes is veeel leuker dan Montpellier, en de prijzen voor hotels/appartementen zijn er een stuk lager!

Beetje donker. Het kleinste keukentje dat ik ooit gezien heb - maar wel goed ingericht. Onze parkeerplaats was een middag moeilijk te bereiken omdat iemand zijn auto er dwars voor gezet had. Met aanwijzing van de buren uiteindlijk toch kunnen parkeren.

la situation pas très loin du centre ville, permettant de visiter à pied en laissant la voiture garée en toute sécurité.

Ich würde nicht noch einmal kommen

Große und ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Privater, abgesperrter Parkplatz.

Es war mit weit über 30 Grad schon sehr warm in Nimes und als wir abends in die Wohnung kamen, liefen zwei Heizkörper auf voller Kraft und die gesamte Unterkunft glich einer Sauna. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Standventilator. Auch in der zweiten Nacht war es mir deutlich zu warm zum Schlafen. Das Bett quietscht und ist mit 140 cm Breite recht schmal. Es gibt zwar eine Kaffeemaschine für Pads, aber keine Pads. Wer bitte transportiert ständig Kaffeepads und -kapseln in verschiedenen Größen mit sich um auf jede mögliche Kaffeemaschine vorbereitet zu sein? Der WLAN Router ist eine schwarze Box ohne Antenne neben dem Fernseher. Hat auch gedauert bis ich das realisiert habe. Vor dem Eingang steht ein schmutziger Tisch mit Stühlen auf dem ein Kerzenleuchter ohne Kerze oder Teelicht steht. Der Boden unter dem Tisch ist übersät mit Zigarettenkippen. Mit der Vermieterin hat man keinen persönlichen Kontakt. Alles läuft über Schlüsselkästen mit einem Code. Fragen über empfehlenswerte Restaurants oder Cafés kann man also nicht stellen. Sehr unpersönlich.

Хотя это и окраина старого города, но до основных достопримечательностях можно добраться пешком за 15-20 минут. В квартире есть все , что необходимо для краткосрочного проживания. Бесплатная парковка во дворе, машину видно из окна. К сожалению, напрочь отсутствует обратная связь с хозяином, который не реагирует на обращения . Не смогли добиться от него пароля для WiFi, хотя за эту услугу мы заплатили.

Parfait, à l’exception un petit problème de réseau SFR qui sera réglé très prochainement par le propriétaire. Mais on ne vient pas à Nîmes pour regarder la télévision ni surfer sur internet 😉

La saleté, la crasse de l'appartement, l'état des wc, de la douche, du lit, les draps pas changé, la non fonctionnalité de la bouilloire électrique, de la tv la non captation d'internet sur les mobiles, de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres inaccessibles. Cet appartement n'est pas entretenu, c'est dommage on pourrait le rendre avec un peu de courage plus accueillant, recevoir des touristes n'est pas digne d'un loueur, et ne devrait pas être sur booking,
