8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Clean, modern, very comfortable.
There was no hot water, so I was having virtually cold showers. I requested it be fixed, and the staff said they’d send a colleague to come and check. They didn’t follow up again after that and the hot water didn’t come on. Quite disappointing.
