The property was as listed in Verbo. Clean, Friendly, Safe neighborhood, comfortable bed, very near parks and downtown. This space was small to live in for 2 months but very manageable for 2 and our cat. The back patio was well maintained and the bar b que was top of the line. I would recommend this property.

Wonderful studio in walking distance to downtown Port Richey! Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Emperor staff were very quick to answer any questions and take care of any issues we had. Great experience!

The property was fine. House was more like a hotel room only aged. Didn’t care for the neighborhood. People in unit 1 were loud and had visitors after midnight. Actually only stayed 2 nights. Went to Holiday Inn suites up the road. This was our first time using this type of lodging. Next time we will get a whole house. That was my fault. Good communication with host.
