Welcome to your 2 story home away from home!
(lower level is rented separately, with separate entrance. Shared garage.)
The house is located just blocks from bunker hills park, trails and wave pool! Shopping, groceries and restaurants are located just a quick 5 minute drive away. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace in winter months, garage parking, separate bathrooms and private laundry all located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood.

Garage: 2 garage stalls and 2 driveway spots can be used (total of 4 cars - street parking is available)
There are more bedrooms in the house that will be locked during your stay.
Guest access
You will enter through the main garage stall and have access to two garage stalls and 2 spots in the driveway.
*note* the garage and driveway is shared with lower unit guests, they use the 3rd stall.
Other things to note
***PLEASE READ***
- The basement is rented out also - guests for the LL use the 3rd stall and have a private entrance through the 3rd stall. We do ask that you have quiet hours 10pm-8am and be respectful of the guests below. It is rare that you hear the guests downstairs, although it is a possibility.
- During winter months, there are shovels and salt provided for snowstorms. If you are unable to shovel, please let us know.
- We ask that guests wash the dishes they use during the stay and take out garbage.
- We do not allow any animals in the unit to keep it as clean as possible and provide a safe space for those with allergies.

It was clean inside but landscaping had not been attended to in awhile. Mowing was done but had a beautiful stone pond that was full of alagae and no pump was running the water up and through the waterfall. Also the stone walkway was full of 12 to 18 inch weeds. Patio furniture needed attention. We did okay because we had lots of family to visit so did not have lots of time to spend outside.

We had a wonderful stay at Rebeccah’s beautiful home. She responded to questions promptly. Her home is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. There is a sweet little pond directly behind the house and a wonderful deck to sit on. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home for a nice, quiet stay. My family and friend would return to this home anytime. Thanks so much Rebeccah!
