• Per building rules, each unit includes 1 physical key and 1 fob. But don’t worry! Our smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access. Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).
• Washcloths are not provided.
• Please keep noise to a minimum and help us maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.
• To ensure a smooth check-in, it is mandatory that you inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest.

Convenient location, and great balcony views - but it a few things to note. This property accommodates 8 people but only comes with one key fob needed to use the elevator and amenities - which is challenging for a group. I also had difficulty communicating with the host through the portal, only receiving automated messages to complete tasks which I had already done, but not actually getting my question answered. One of the 2 pools is currently under renovation, and there seem to be a lot of short-term rentals in the building, so there can be noise from parties. The location was great and very walkable to bars and restaurants, so if you just need a basic place to sleep, this does the job.
