Fall in love with coastal living at this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home just moments from the sands of the beautiful Bokarina beach. If you’re looking for somewhere to laze the day away after some sun, sand, and surf, this is your place. Sink into a good book at one of the many comfortable lounge settings around the home or make a splash in the plunge pool. Time, and your worries of the world, will melt away with the sound of the ocean and the local sea breezes that flow throughout this home.
The Space:
The property (both indoor and outdoor) is styled with beachy accents and features open plan living that caters well to young families and groups of friends alike. Upon entering, the open-plan kitchen flows into multiple dining and sitting areas. Featuring high ceilings and open concept living, the single-level home is extremely spacious with a cinema/lounge room, oversized kitchen, and an outdoor entertainment area separated by bi-folds.
The living area with bifold doors lead onto the patio complete with an outdoor setting, a BBQ, a sparkling pool, and an outdoor shower. Guest Access:
Guests can access all parts of the house. There is space to park 2 cars in the carport, there is also space to park an additional car in the driveway. Please note the garage is not for guest use.

You’ll find yourself walking to the beach at every opportunity; sunrise for a coffee, midday for a mimosa, and a wine at sundown.

- Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive

- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 5 minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 10 minute drive

Getting Around:
Buses run frequently along Nicklin Way which is about a 250m walk away. Bokarina is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, an expansive retail precinct plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.

*Please note that the 'moses' in the cradle plants near the garage and under pool fence can be toxic to dogs if ingested, please take this into consideration if you have a dog that likes to explore or chew.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

My family and I had a fabulous time. The house was well equiped with everything needed and was directly opposite a pet friendly beach. The weather was terrible unfortunately but the house was spacious enough for everyone to spread out with a few living areas to choose from, and a cupboard full of games to keep everyone entertained. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! Proximity to the beach was perfect The hosts have really thought about their guests and there were lots of amenities and games, beach equipment. We had such a great time, we definitely recommend

Location was great, with generous proportions and privacy. When paying the sort of money asked a few little things were missing that other properties have provided on our previous long stays. e.g. empty pantry no condiments for cooking or oven mitts, milk and or water in fridge, not enough toilet paper for family for a weeks stay. A complimentary welcome gift, little things but that sort of attention to detail elevates the stay to excellent.

We enjoyed our stay here for the Easter break. The house is beautiful, great location, modern and functional, with enough space and amenities for everyone to enjoy. We wished for heating in the pool, since the water was freezing cold. Overall, great experience.
