This was a lovely spacious apartment in a very pleasant residential area only a few minutes walk from the Rose Bay ferry and beach, and a similar distance to a good range of shops and cafes in Plumer Road. There are also regular buses running into the centre of Sydney from a stop at the end of the road

Beautiful property that is maintained to the highest standard and a short walk to town and the sea front. Rose Bay is a lovely part of the world. Ferry into Circular Quay in 15 minutes. Fantastic coastal walk to Shark Bay. Great French bistro across the golf course. All in all, I would highly recommend this property. Only downside was that I had to leave! Thank you to the property management for their excellent communication.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Rose Bay. It is stylish and comfortable and the neighbourhood is quiet. It is only a short walk to the ferry terminal, from which one can go anywhere in Sydney. Highly recommend!

We encountered a number of issues with this property.
La’Abode were prompt in responding to our concerns .
Location for Rose Bay is excellent but we will not stay here again .
Phots roughly accurate but we had to resolve some serious safety issues with the apartment utility .
