When it says quiet they really mean it. It’s tucked out the way from the huddle and bustle but everything is close by. The apartment is absolutely stunning and extremely clean. Well maintained and you can just feel the love put into this property. The layout of the apartment is lovely. The nicest touch was the bottle of wine, milk,coffee,tea,sugar. Now that’s what I call 5star service. There is nothing to not like about this place. We even came into contact with the chap that lives next door and he was soo kind and chatty we felt very safe that he was about as he always seemed to be out and about keeping an eye on things. Very nice gentleman whoever he is. Jules you are one in a million as this level of care and attention is hard to find these days. So thank you for a great stay and boy will we be back. You really do not want to for nothing staying here. The shops are a 5 minute walk away as is the beach. If you’re looking for a lovely, warm,quiet, relaxing stay with literally everything that you need then this is the place for you. Just make sure you leave as you find nice and clean.
It’s not a dislike by any means, more of an observation. Maybe you could consider a swivel tv bracket so the tv is more on a corner angle so that guests are able to see the tv from the other side of the couch. It was just a little annoying but please don’t read into this too much.

The property was in a great location for us. It was very quiet and peaceful, as other guests have commented, but only a 15 minute walk into the town. It was also very close to bus routes going either into the town or towards Paignton and Brixham. The proximity to the railway station (about a 5 minute walk, taking the short cut through the property's gardens) was brilliant, so much so that we decided to leave our car and take some day trips by train, in particular Totnes and Exeter. The apartment was spotlessly clean and easy parking was a bonus. Jules was very helpful with excellent communication.
The bath towels were very small - but that wasn't a big deal!
