Die Lage ist perfekt! Man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt von Olbia und hat einen wunderschönen Blick von der Terrasse aus! Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt!
Das Bad war etwas klein für zwei Leute. Alleine war es aber kein Problem :)

Mega świetny apartament, przestronny, czysty wyrodny. Na tarasie wieczorkiem można odpocząć na wygodnych leżaczkach. Wszytko co potrzebne w kuchni było. Polecam też jeśli chodzi o lokalizację, wygodnie można zaparkować samochód przed posesją.

Nice terrace
Large dining/living room
Apartment on the 3rd floor. Elevator has been broken for a long time (see also review from Aug 4, 2024)
Kitchen is small and poorly equipped. See photos (small sink, no oven, primitive stovetop).
Several items are broken: Blinds in the living room don't work. If they do work, they are difficult to operate. Closet door in the bedroom doesn't close. No clothespins.
Bedroom has no air conditioning (only a fan).
In my opinion, the apartment is too expensive in this condition.

Gorgeous view and spacious. We walked and bused everywhere and swam everyday at great beaches.
