Generalno je ceo kraj potpuno zazidan sa svih strana zgradama, kao da se svaki cm2 morao iskoristiti za izgradnju. Na slici deluje da je teren ravan ali se mora hodati dosta uzbrdo ali je ceo Dubrovnik jako naporno obilaziti zato sto je ceo grad u brdima, stepenice bez kraja. Ovaj stan je relativno na dobroj lokaciji da ne morate da se penjete na stepenice. Obratiti paznju da je sam Lapad jako dosadan zapravo nema nicega, natavno more je prelepo i zbog toga smo dosli.

From the very beginning, even before our arrival, we had very friendly and excellent communication with the host, who responded quickly and thoroughly to all our questions. The apartment itself was truly exceptional – it was VERY CLEAN, comfortable, and perfectly well-maintained. The interior is decorated in a modern, tasteful style. It often happens that property photos do not fully reflect reality, but in this case everything is 100% consistent with the pictures – and even more, as for example the kitchen utensils were arranged perfectly, neatly, and even sorted by color, which makes a great impression. The apartment is also very well equipped – it included beach towels, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, cleaning products, and even small items such as ear cotton buds, thread and a needle, etc. The location is excellent – there are bars and restaurants close by, Tommy supermarket, and a bus stop (about a 5-minute walk). From the stop, bus number 6 runs every 10–15 minutes, and it takes around 15 minutes to reach the Old Town. The apartment is also very close to the promenade with beach/souvenir shops and bars, the beach, and a seaside walking path, making everything easily accessible within a short walk. If someone is planning to walk the City Walls (in my opinion, is a must), it is definitely worth considering the Dubrovnik Pass – it includes unlimited public transport, entry to some other sights, and a 10% discount in selected restaurants, for example at Rudjer restaurant in the Old Town. I especially recommend it for dinner – it has a very atmospheric, romantic vibe and is perfect for an evening meal. To sum up: a great, very clean and well-equipped apartment in an excellent location, with very friendly host – definitely recommended.

The only minor thing that could be improved is a slightly larger hot water tank – if two people take a little longer showers one after another, the hot water may be a bit tight. However, this is not really a problem, just a very minor observation.

Das Stun­ning Lux­u­ry Apart­ment Roy­al Glam­our hat sei­nen Na­men wirk­lich mehr als ver­dient. Die Ein­rich­tung ist su­per stylisch und hoch­wer­tig – man fühlt sich ab der ers­ten Se­kun­de rich­tig wohl. Die La­ge ist ein­fach per­fekt: Al­les ist su­per schnell und un­kom­pli­ziert zu er­rei­chen, egal ob Se­hens­wür­dig­kei­ten, Re­stau­rants oder Ein­kaufs­mög­lich­kei­ten. Die Kom­mu­ni­ka­ti­on lief eben­falls von An­fang bis En­de rei­bungs­los. Wer nach Du­brov­nik reist und eine per­fek­te Un­ter­kunft sucht, macht hier ab­so­lut gar nichts falsch. Wir kom­men ger­ne wie­der!

Really clean and modern, very well equipped. Great location in a nice area close to bars/restaurants as well as access to beach. Close to bus stop to get into old town. So close to a lovely promenade walk. Easy to deal with Mario and he organised our airport transfers.
