Sunset Vistas 407S

Very well maintained and provided with plenty of amenities, including lots of beach chairs, towels, pools toys for the kids.

Everything was nice

Location is really great This is our 3rd year renting the same 407s and everything has always been great.

The bedding had a musty / mildew smell, sent message, I received a reply, I answered then never got a response or new bed linens. I finally washed them myself. I was a little upset by never getting a final response or linens. Everything else was great

Lovely condo had everything you needed for cooking and the beach! I would def recommend this condo to anyone had a nice beach view also!

We loved the location. Everyone was very friendly. It was so nice to be able to walk the beach, swim in the ocean, and have a pool.

Elevators did not work in the south side. Had to walk to end to have use of 1 slow elevator. Everyone had to use it. Staff aware and was waiting on repair. Our room had a leak into the bedroom. When we reported it a crew did come out but we asked to please come after our check out which we paid extra to stay till 3. Maintenance came anyway and we were told sorry we have to let them. Disappointed with that. The maintenance men were nice but we knew it wasn’t going to be fixed. The shower barely dripped - no water pressure in it.
