Die Lage war sehr zentral mit hervorragenden Ausblick direkt auf die Ostsee . Die Ostsee Suite 1 ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Der eigene PKW Parkplatz ist sehr entspannt für den Aufenthalt, da nervige Suche entfällt.
Der Aussenbereich d.h. Fussboden der beiden Balkone waren leider nicht gereinigt (kaputter Stielbesen lag in der Ecke) In der Küche ist manches Geschirr und Gläser nicht erreichbar, da die Hängeschränke sehr hoch sind.

Prostornost, poloha (blízko na pláž a promenádu, do supermarketu, na zastávku autobusu, do restaurace, půjčovny kol, pekárny, plaveckého bazénu), krásný výhled, uspořádání, vybavení včetně nádobí. Výtah. Parkování u Edeka, které je nedaleko. Komunikace ohledně předání klíčů a karet ke vstupu na pláž a parkovacích lístků.
Byt samotný byl čistý, ale zcela neuklizené byly oba balkony (jak podlahy, tak židle a stoly). Dvě křesla s látkovým potahem byla vyloženě odpudivá se znečištěním patrně od racků - rozhodně nelákala k posezení a měla by se odstranit.

Atemberaubend schön war der Ausblick auf die Ostsee und die Seebrücke. Das Wohnzimmer war lichtdurchflutet. Vom zweiten Balkon konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Die Nähe zum Supermarkt ist für Selbstversorger natürlich auch ein großer Vorteil! Dass wir nicht direkt bei der Wohnung parken konnten hat uns nicht gestört. In den Betten haben wir gut geschlafen, nur das ausklappbare Sofa war etwas hart.
Es fanden Arbeiten im Haus statt. Das verursachte einigen Lärm. Dies wurde uns jedoch bereits bei der Buchungsbestätigung mitgeteilt, somit waren wir darauf vorbereitet.
