All in all a very pleasant experience.Staff in the foyer are very friendly and helpful

The location especially the view of the beach

The crockery and cutlery were in poor condition with chips on them. Plates were odd pieces. No saucers. Not enough toilet paper for the days that you book. Towels should have been changed.

Great place next to the beach

I could smell cannabis coming from other adjacent apartments during the 2 evenings and the morning I was there. It was unpleasant to deal with this when I have small kids around.

Simply the best 👌

It was amazing. The apartment was just perfect with everything that we needed. Our host, Albert, was just amazing and made sure that we were comfortable and just a phone call away when we needed him. The ocean view from our balcony was the best. The overall staff from the security to the guys around the property was just extraordinary. Everyone was just helpful and friendly. We are definitely coming back next year. We are extremely grateful for Albert's hospitality. Highly recommended 👌 👏..

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Support from HostAgents"

I had a wonderful stay at Lagoon Beach 302A. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning – waking up to the beach view every day was such a treat! The location is fantastic and very easy to get to, making it super convenient. The team at HostAgents was incredibly helpful whenever I needed assistance. When it got a bit hot, I requested a fan, and they brought it for me right away. I was so grateful and happy with their prompt response and excellent service. They also explained everything so clearly, which made the entire process seamless. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the apartment – coffee, tea, milk, towels, toilet paper, and everything else I needed were provided, making my stay so comfortable. The smart TV with all the apps was a great addition, and I loved that the fridge had ice ready, which was such a nice touch. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Lagoon Beach 302A. I’m looking forward to staying here again!

While the apartment itself was lovely and had everything I needed, my experience was disrupted by noise coming from another apartment during the early morning hours. It was quite frustrating and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. This issue detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. I hope the property management can address such disturbances to ensure a more peaceful environment for future guests.

The open living area is fine

The bedrooms are small and smell of damp. It is dilapidated and poor quality, and only cleaned on the visible surfaces, not inside cupboards or properly in bathrooms. Bed sheets were creased, like they had been used on the one side of the bed

The host was not honest about the check-in details and we waited for over 3 hours for him and when he arrived it was only then we they prepared the property by changing bedding after 17:00

was a terrible smell in the main bedroom and bathroom, that’s the main bedroom with the sea view and we could not use it due to this smell

The hotel grounds seems not well kempt. The patio was dirty as well as the sliding door’s windows. I mopped and washed it myself. We were supposed to check in at 14:00. At 14:00 the beds were still not made.
