Localización, amplitud de las estancias, camas cómodas, calefacción, silencio, parking en la puerta.
Quizás le falta dedicar un poco al mantenimiento: griferías, cerramiento de ventanas, cubiertos y sábanas viejas...porque desmerece al resto de la estancia...aún así, le he puesto un 10 porque el resto estaba nuevo.
