Lovely cottage located close to the Delaware Bay sunsets! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is a cozy place to spend your vacation. Swim, kayak or just sit and enjoy the bay breezes, the choice is yours. When you re done playing in the water you can come back and relax inside or on the patio. Well behaved dogs are permitted. Wonderful little house in the Villas. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we had access to a beautiful grill. The yard was perfect for our 2 golden retrievers and lovely dinners on the patio. The bay beach really isn’t swimmable because of little prickly things in there but it is perfect for sunsets, walks on the beach and searching for shells. We cannot wait to go back next year.

My yellow lab and I thoroughly enjoyed this home. The yard is awesome, steps to the bay (sunsets!), very well equipped home. Comfortable and clean.
