The whole house and fenced in yard
Guests have access to the entire house and yard. There is a garage on the property that guests do not have access to.

The house is located in the Villas, a quiet residential neighborhood, about a 20 minute drive to downtown Cape May and to Downtown Wildwood. At the end of the road 2 blocks down, there is a bay beach access.
Cape May beaches require beach tags and do not allow dogs. Wildwood beaches do not require beach tags and have certain sections that are dog friendly. Both get very busy during the summer, so we highly recommend going earlier in the day to ensure you can find a parking space.
The bay beach does not require beach tags and allows dogs before 11 am and after 4 pm from Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend. It is a much quieter beach than Cape May or Wildwood. The water is brackish and very silty on the bottom. Some people enjoy floating in the water, but be aware you will come out very muddy. There are generally lots of tidal pools perfect for young kids to play in.
There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance, but most attractions are within a 20 minute drive. The drive way can fit 3 cars and there is also street parking available.
Minimum rental age is 25.
There is an additional pet cleaning fee of $50 per stay. All pets must be up to date on shots and flea & tick treatments.
No parties or fireworks.
Early check ins or late check outs are offered for a $50 fee.

We had a wonderful time, the house was clean and well equipped everything was perfect. Our dog Bowie loved the huge fenced in yard. Easy access to the Bay and a short drive to Cape May Beaches. Will recommend to all my family & friends.

The host is courteous and responsive and answers questions within minutes. The bedrooms and the beds were comfy and the entire place was neat and clean. Too bad we had to cut our trip one day shirt due to the blizzard. Will come back another time.

We really had a good time especially my fur babies! They love the beach and the house is clean with fenced in yard. I would come back again!
