Host was very helpful and responsive. Location was close to the welcome center-where you could ride the trolley into Gatlinburg. Place was clean and very spacious for our group of 5 adults and 3 children age 5,4,3. The pool and hot tub was perfect for entertaining.

Absolutely a beautiful cabin with a beautiful view. The downstairs bedroom has a horrible smell and spiders out through the cabin was my only complaint.
