This apartment is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood, even though it’s just a 10-minute walk from the city center! It’s in an amazing spot near Turia Park. It’s also close to a metro station and a supermarket for all your daily needs, with many famous restaurants and bars nearby as well!
This apartment is very vibrant and bright, bathed in plenty of sunlight that blends with the apartment’s bright colors to create an uplifting atmosphere sure to lift your spirits. It features a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and an impeccable, hand-picked mattress. The apartment also includes a spacious, spotless bathroom and a kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need. We provide free, super-fast Wi-Fi as well as air conditioning to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
It also has a massive, fully furnished terrace that gets so much sunlight it would make Venus blush! Complete with a sunbed and umbrella, it’s perfect for sun lovers.
The space
The apartment has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, nightstand, TV, and closet. The bathroom is spacious and clean, featuring a shower stall.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle—all brand new. It also includes a full set of silverware, wine glasses, dishes, pots, and pans—everything you might need for cooking and dining at home.
The apartment also has a large terrace with stylish outdoor furniture.

1. To access the accommodation, you must complete the check-in form in the Guest Portal.
2. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. We would appreciate it if you could let us know your arrival and departure times.
3. Customer service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please make sure you have received and understood the instructions.
4. Less than 7 days before arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservation. There will be no refund in this case.
5. Duvet covers can be found in the closet or in a box under the bed.
6. Towels are changed every two days.
7. Quiet hours in the building are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
8. Parties are prohibited.
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. Having guests is not permitted; each guest will be counted as an additional person in the accommodation, and you will be charged accordingly.
11. Charging electric cars using the property's electricity is not allowed.
12. If you require an invoice, please let us know before your stay ends, providing the necessary details so we can issue the invoice.
13. Please place trash in the trash containers on the street.
14. On the day of check-out, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner, and close the apartment door behind you.

Great little apartment with huge terrace. Really enjoyed my stay there, in a great location right beside the part and lots of supermarkets. Also very walkable to most areas in the city centre. Would definitely recommend. PS. There is great AC, and full black out shutter blinds now.

Everything in line with description of appartment. May be you should think about putting curtains on the windows. Only an interior view of the courtyards of neighboring buildings but largely compensated by the terrace, especially when the sun is present. Very pleasant stay.
