Very clean property with a nice kitchen and gas grill, which we used quite abit. There is ample off street parking. Nicely landscaped backyard to relax and enjoy the breezes and the birds. Plenty of places to relax, the backyard, front enclosed porch and chairs out front. Walkable to downtown and short drives to hiking and the Monument National park. Very nice neighborhood.

This is a perfect place for a couple or a family. The property is close to Colorado Mesa Campus with many choices for restaurants within 5 -10 minutes.We would absolutely rent here again.
