We had some complains about the general Cleaning of the place and the host came to fix it that same afternoon. The view from the room and terrace is very nice . There is a small convenience store and self laundry in the basement.
The place was not really clean when we arrived. The building in general is deteriorated, and we were sent in a quest all around it to find some "access" cards that we never actually needed to enter anything ( maybe these are useful if you have a car). Also , if you rent a place with a kitchen you should leave some minimum amount of essential things , like oil and salt (and a clean, decent pan/pot). Last thing, smelly bathroom.
