The chair provided was wobbly and screw dropped while I was sitting down. Tried to fixed the screw but did not have allen key. Put the loose screw inside the drawer and saw another screw inside.

Comfortable bed. Good shower and facilities.
Very thin wall. Can hear the noise from the next room at midnight. Noise of their staff cleaning the next room in the afternoon is also very loud.

helpful lady with proper instructions for check in/out. clean room, comfortable bed & strong wifi connection with smart tv.
suitable for working adults, couple & traveller. not suitable for kids/elderly, bcos need to walk a long hallway. access card is a must, going up or out (lift).
