- Lokalizacja, - Cicha okolica, - Miły kontakt, - Proste i bezproblemowe samodzielne zameldowanie, - Barezo wygodne łóżko, - Miła kołdra.
Nie jest to apartament, tylko mieszkanie w bardzo starym bloku, które jest zdecydowanie do remontu! - Z pozoru czysto, jednak w kątach brudno - pajęczyny w kątach i pająki w nich (natrafliśmy na 5 wcale nie szukając), - Deklarowany bezpłatny parking tylko dla króciutkich samochodów, - Brak ekspresu do kawy w kuchni, - W mieszkaniu 2 progi, na których można zrobić sobie krzywdę, - Bardzo niestarannie wykończone, - Brak recyklingu, - Brak niektórych praktycznych rzeczy (suszarki do powieszenia prania, łyżki do butów, wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience). -generalnie mieszkanie mało funkcjonalne

Cena! Lokalizacja! Parter! Parking! Szaaaaaaafa! Wieeeeelka szaaaaafa! Mnóstwo miejsca na wszystko co masz ze sobą! I oczywiście miła, sympatyczna, wręcz troskliwa obsługa!
Niektóre elementy wyposażenia wymagałyby odświeżenia, ale nie umniejsza to funkcjonalności apartamentu!

Lokalizacja w bardzo cichej i spokojnej okolicy
Słabe wyposażenie , słabe wykończenie wnętrza. Sprzęt AGD marnej jakości Lodówka słabo chłodzi , krzywo stoi. Karnisz nad oknem ledwo się trzymał , lampa sufitowa również . Nie jest to apartament tylko mieszkanie średniej klasy. Parking przydzielony do mieszkania jest zdecydowanie za mały dla aut typu SUV lub kombi. Zdjęcia oferty odbiegają od rzeczywistości
