Ładny widok z okna, przyjemny wystrój mieszkania. Rewelacyjny gospodarz, pomocny, wszystko wyjaśnił. Zawsze było gdzie zaparkować. Dobra kawa z ekspresu, tv z bogatym wyborem kanałów. Wygodne łóżka.
Klatka w której znajduje się apartament w bardzo słabym stanie. Ludzie mieszkający w bloku nieco odstraszający. Daleko od centrum miasta i rzeki - sporo przewyższeń, żeby się tam dostać, co mogło być uciążliwe dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi. W pobliżu ze sklepów wyłącznie Żabka i Euro. W salonie do oglądania TV może wygodnie się ułożyć w sumie 1 osoba, brakowało mi jakiegoś choćby uszaka, na którym druga osoba mogłaby usiąść.
