Location very convenient- rental very clean. Great view of the beach and ocean from the 6th floor. Very quiet property. Living room sofa/ furniture very comfortable and a nice large tv. Balcony and outdoor set great for having lunch or coffee. Bunk bed- very comfortable mattress in child's room.
Kitchen well equipped - nice big dining room table. Wifi worked very well. WE were able to get in well before 4 pm which made us very happy with a 2 yr old.
No hairdryer in the unit- although I had emailed and they ( the owners) said there was one there- had to call VACASA- no locker key or directions to the locker storage. The guest bedroom mattress was terrible- very soft and not comfortable, sticky area on one of the night tables in the master bedroom, some of the closet doors were off the track and totally off. The master bathroom shower/ tub had drainage issues and standing water accumulates when showering. No floor rugs in any of the bathrooms- so you could get out of the shower and slip on the tile. Had to put one of the towels on the floor.
