About this house rental

Relax and enjoy your Hamptons vacation in our home. We have a beautiful outdoor space with a heated salt water pool, sitting areas, large dining table, 6-burner grill, and a gas firepit. Sun bathe on the chaisse lounges or read a book under a large umbrella. The property is completely landscaped for your privacy.

Check-in was seamless, accommodations were perfect for us - including the pool - which was heated so everybody made it in. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had only a few questions at the beginning and the hosts got right back to us. It was a great weekend!

My family had the most amazing time at Carl’s home in Hampton Bays. The highlight was the beautiful, heated pool—very private and incredibly relaxing. The electric pool cover was a great touch, keeping the water warm and clean throughout our stay.The house itself is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with cozy beds and clean, well-maintained bathrooms. We enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit and grilling on the high-quality BBQ. Everything about the experience was seamless and easy.The backyard is perfect, with plenty of shade from the electric awning and large umbrella, while still getting full sun throughout the day—an ideal setup.Carl was a fantastic host, always quick to respond to any questions. All in all, a wonderful stay—we will definitely be back. Thank you, Carl!
