Location, Location. Location! Newly renovated! Enjoy days of swimming, fishing, boating in the bay. Walk or bike to the beach, Restaurants, shops, mini golf etc. Or choose to do nothing at all and just sit on your private dock enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. Rent or bring your boat, wave runners, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. Fish/ crab in back yard.5 minutes to the Seaside boardwalk and waterpark. 5 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half baths. large rec room with 2nd refrigerator, dining area eat in kitchen, air hockey table, BBQ grill, laundry, double wave runner dock, boat dock with electric and more

We had a relaxing stay with a beautiful view at Amanda's house. What a deck and a view! It was clean, roomy, and great for a family stay. She was helpful and kind through the process of renting it to us. What a great place to make memories....close to everything, but hidden away and quiet.

Wow! What a find! Quiet bay front property perfect for families looking for a mix of fun and peace. Beaches are a bike ride away but also have free parking and the boardwalk is a short drive. Very comfortable overall with all the amenities needed.

The best thing about this house is the location, right on the bay with a comfortable outdoor space to enjoy all of it. While you’re near the beach, there is no need to trek there (just a few blocks) with an outdoor space like this. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets and reading under the canopy during the hot day.
The indoor space gave us enough room and provided most of the comforts of home.

Very little parking. Cleanliness not up to par. Broken faucet and cabinet in bathroom and broken faucet in kitchen.
