Great sized property with great views

Location was terrific. Expansive deck with great views. Close to town and beaches.
The AC was not on in the apartment when we arrived. We had to call on day 2 to have someone come out. Hot tub did not heat the water so that was very disappointing. Never found the pool or exercise room. Communication with caretaker difficult because of translation.

The property is very nice in nice location
We reported a loud drilling noise on first day coming from bathroom this happened every 30 minutes all night aswell, we where informed a engineer would sort it but it never got sorted out.
Also on arrival was told there is the jacuzzi and if we wanted to use it we had to fill it ourselves, and obviously that we wasn’t happy about this and it would need chemicals put in aswell but the person who did meet and greet wasn’t bothered.
It’s a shame as apartments are very nice but just did not enjoy our stay
