Slight confusion as the hosts didn't respond to my messages before check in.
The hosts wanted cash on arrival, we were unable to take the full amount out due to ATM caps and they pestered us to collect. If this had been made clear before we arrived it would have saved a lot of messing around, we did feel very pressured. Equally, we were happy to go to the ATM each day, but they then wanted to collect that days 8000 at certain times that meant we had to make specific trips back when we were elsewhere. Otherwise we were very happy with the apartment,

地点！地点！地点！ 重要的说三遍。这个位置就在T1有轨电车站旁边15米左右，嗯，司机不好找的话，就在早餐馅饼店的入口旁边，一个类似单元门。房间虽然挨近很热闹的大街（沿海的主路，早晚巨堵，但是完全不吵。虽然我们每天累的倒头就睡。楼下就是甜品店，早餐店，价格不贵，出门右转几步路有个小超市，懒得走的话，下楼有个类似电话亭的地方卖水。过了马路就是海峡，风景超棒。在屋子里也能看到海景，虽然有点倾斜，但是……不要较真。走路去新皇宫快的话10分钟，去马克西姆广场需要十五分左右，因为要上坡。房间很干净，而且民宿该有的基本都有，满足大部分需求，房东等我们到快半夜两点，人很好，很容易沟通。
客厅灯少了个灯泡。

Perfect location steps near Kabataş ferry tram and metro station. The appartment is clean and spacious. A piece of Bosphorus is seen from the window. The owner is welcoming and offered us water (that was very on time, because of heat outside) and snacks when we met. The apartment has two ACs devices and balcony with a street view.
A little bit noisy from the street below, the building across the street isn’t very good looking, but that’s not a major issue.
