Mooie ligging met mogelijkheid om te voet naar het dorpje Pollenca te gaan.
Ramen moesten gesloten blijven om Muggenplaag te voorkomen op de slaapkamers.

Die Lage im Grünen war Fantastisch und nur 5min zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Pollença, sehr grosses bewachsenes Grundstück, sehr viel Platz im Haus, grosszügige vier Schlafzimmer alle mit Badezimmer. Schöner sauberer Pool mit Tischtennis und Billardtisch. Mit Heizung und Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern.
Fehlende Moskitojalousinen an den Fenstern, Grundaustattung mager, mussten Handseife, Spühlmittel, Putzlappen, Toilettenpapier selbst kaufen. Tischtennisschläger waren sehr angeschlagen, haben wir auch neue gekauft. Aussenstühle waren einige sehr wacklig. Liegestühle waren mind zwei in schlechtem Zustand, wobei reichlich Liegestühle vorhanden waren.
