Good value option

Good location on the main Bewara road and lots of nice cafes and restaurants around! Good value option if travelling alone.

Sadly there is no sun on the pool or the balcony on the rooms on the right side. Also nowhere to sit near the pool so you couldn't really relax.

A good choice if you need a basic room in the central location for a short stay

Malam Hari is located on one of the main Canggu streets, close to many restaurants and other venues. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. Overall the place looks quite new.

In the bathroom, there was leaking water from one of the pipes. Not so serious but I had to close the valve that supplies water to the toilet when I am not using it to not have water collecting on the floor drop by drop during the night. I did not want to report it to the staff because it was late and I was staying just one night, but when I arrived the valve was already closed and there was no water in the toilet until I open it so probably the staff already knew about the problem even before me. The room is not so soundproof, I can easily hear the sound from YouTube videos from the room next to me and also what other guests are talking about. Another room across the window is too close so when I look out of the window I can see myself even in the mirror inside the other room, so I had to keep the curtain closed all time for privacy. The staff at reception almost does not speak English and even when using Google Translate it was not easy to communicate because they still did not understand what I mean. In my opinion, the price is too high for what you are getting when staying there.

The staff is so friendly, trustworthy and reliable. The view inside as well from outside is very beautiful.

The pool was not that clean. They water was freshly pumped everyday but the base was not cool enough.

Prima hotel mooi zwembad en net buiten het centrum en 24/7 open

Kamer met balkon, lekker bed en was erg schoon. Ik ben weggevlucht uit het hostel en kon hier terecht na 11 uur ‘s nachts wat erg fijn was

De host sprak geen Engels en werd later teruggeroepen omdat er iemand was bijgehaald die het wel kon. Inchecken was toen geregeld maar toen ik naar boven liep liep de host die geen Engels kon achter me aan en bleef aan het einde van de gang kijken hoe ik de kamer inging, het was 11 uur ‘s nachts en vond dit niet fijn. Hierdoor ook de stoel voor de deur geschoven. Nadat ik licht zag in andere kamers was ik wel meer gerust gesteld.

De locatie

De rand van het toilet was niet schoongemaakt. Aanslag in de pot ook. Er zaten vlekken van ontlasting in het beddengoed. Uit eindelijk werd dit wel verschoond nadat ik het vroeg maar is geen schone aankomst.
