The location of Blue Flamingo was perfect for us to travel to the east river trail for biking, and touring my spouse's homes and schools while growing up in Tulsa. Property is very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Host provided timely and detailed communications. Only thing that tripped me up was the 3 payment program - I missed the second payment but noticed it was still pending about 24 hours before our arrival. Fortunately, that did not create any problems. If we stay in Tulsa again, we will definitely want to book this property.

Fit our needs well and was comfortable

Bed was comfy. Lots of TVs. Good communication about stay. Several not great things:
-Floors weren't very clean
-No vent in bathroom. Challenging in a small house with multiple people.
-All pans were teflon coated but scratched, and thus unsafe to use.
Worst, though, is the 2nd rental property on the same lot. People knocked on our door out of confusion, parking was tights, shades had to be shut, and there was extra noise morning and night. This is pure greed. I won't stay again.
