First impression when I opened the door - Clean, Fresh, Tidy. Kitchen was ready to use. Bedrooms neat and comfortable. All this in an outstanding neighborhood that is walking close to the Expo Center. Fantastic!

Best experience I've ever had on an extended weekend getaway. We were in town for the Nine Inch Nails concert and decided to book an Evolve property since they were comparable to the hotel pricing and I had capital one points! Brought the whole family and a grandparent. We all LOVED our stay. 100% coming back, because Tulsa rocks!

The house was in a very quiet neighborhood. We found the house very comfortable and conveniently located.

Upon opening the door, there was a horrible smell. We went into the bedrooms and saw stains on the carpeting. Dark brown, big stains. I immediately asked the property manager about it and she got me in contact with the home owner. I was told the stains are from oil and have been cleaned multiple times but won’t come out. I feel I should have been informed of these before arriving.. put a bad taste in my mouth to start the trip. Was unsure what the smell was but tried saying it was maybe my child who used the bathroom… but the smell was there the second we opened the door to the home. The smell ended up being the washing machine- like moldy laundry. We opened the windows and aired it out, which made it cold in the house. Later, the Roku was not working, the remote and box is not paired so we wasted a lot of time on that and eventually downloaded the app to make our phones act as a remote. Other things that were odd were: no dresser in one of the bedrooms, so we used the closet. There was a pair of men’s boxers on the floor. And in the other bedroom, that my young children were using, there was women’s clothing including a bra, in the dresser. The vacuum provided does not work. 2 of the 4 lightbulbs in one of the bedrooms is burned out. And the bathroom sink has a constant, annoying drip. While all of these things seems small, the bad to start just made each little thing that much more annoying. It felt thrown togetherThe house is cute and we felt we were in a safe area.
