You can explore and experience all of this from the comfort of your tastefully furnished, light-filled vacation apartment! Your vacation home is located in a relaxing green oasis right in the heart of the coastal town of BENALMÁDENA, between Málaga and Marbella (nearest AIRPORT: MÁLAGA Pablo Picasso, 12 km).
Although your vacation home, AGATA’s SEAVIEW APARTMENT, is officially approved for up to four people, the owner strictly limits rentals to a maximum of two adults to ensure the most comfortable stay possible.
The vacation apartment features a charming combined living/dining room with an unobstructed view of the residential complex’s lush palm oasis. In front of the room’s south-facing window stands a couch with a large coffee table, which offers ample space for activities such as board games. Two rustic living room cabinets hold the coffee and tea sets, dinnerware, as well as water, wine, and beer glasses, along with shot glasses, cognac glasses, and champagne flutes. A round dining table with four comfortable chairs, a sideboard with a flat-screen TV, a microwave, and a small stereo system with a CD player are also provided.
The transition from the dining area to the balcony area, which overlooks the Mediterranean to the south, is seamless, and guests will also enjoy spending time here at a table with two balcony chairs, especially since this area faces east-south-west, allowing you to bask in the sunlight all day long.
In the kitchen, with its south-facing window and ocean view, guests will find everything they need to fully cater to themselves, including a ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, an oven with baking utensils, a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, and, of course, a coffee maker (filter), a Spanish espresso pot, a kettle, an electric egg cooker, an electric juicer, a hand mixer, and an immersion blender. It goes without saying that pots, frying pans, cutlery, egg cups, and other kitchen accessories are also provided.
In the bright bathroom with a south-facing window and ocean view, guests can refresh and relax under a rain shower. Bathrobes, a hair dryer, and a washing machine (top-loader) are also available.
The cheerfully furnished, bright bedroom with a south-facing ocean view accommodates two adults on a double bed with two separate, high-quality mattresses, each measuring 90x200 cm. It also features a four-door mirrored wardrobe with plenty of hangers, an ironing board and iron, as well as a dresser. There is also a flat-screen TV in this bedroom.
OTHER AMENITIES: International TV channels via satellite are available in the living/dining room.
The 22,000-square-meter garden complex features two large swimming pools with a non-swimmer’s pool and a children’s pool, which are opened seasonally and in phases, specifically from Easter through September/October. All pools are open in July and August. Sun loungers are available by the pools for approximately €2.00 each per day. The landlord provides guests with bath/beach towels free of charge for use in the garden, as well as comfortable sun loungers upon request. There is also a small cooler with ice packs available, which can be taken out to the garden as needed to keep drinks cold.
