Great location, close to lots of shops and more. Clean and had the right amenities to live and cook with/for a small family. Apartment seems to be renovated recently.
Walls are a bit thin and neighbour noise is a thing, but if you can use earplugs it’s fine.
I had no issue with it, but it may be a dealbreaker for others. The apartment itself is in a building frequented or inhabited by people with diverse cultural backgrounds.
Last, it’s not necessarily a walking distance to the seashore but doable nevertheless. Best to have a car though.

Hyvällä paikalla, Mercadona kauppa n. 100 m ja junalle 10 min kävely. Rauhallista aluetta. Asunto pieni ja siisti. Omistaja hyvin tavoitettavissa.
Näkymä suoraan vastapäiseen taloon. Sohva epäsiisti muuten siistissä asunnossa, omistaja kertoi vaihtavansa sohvan uuteen. Aikainen lähtöaika klo 10 harmillinen.
