Personál milí, všade čistota, raňajky bohaté
Veľa stolov pri raňajkách, veľmi natlačené a nebol ten komfort, ako by mal byť. Tiež nás mrzelo, že je to wellness hotel a do welnesu sa môže ísť za vysoký poplatok. Lacnejšie to vyšlo do naproti bazénov.

Po celou dobu pobytu jsme měli polopenzi, jídlo bylo chutné s dostatečným výběrem. Veškerý personál hotelu byl ochotný a velmi přívětivý.
Jedinou výtku zaslouží dosti hlučná lednička na pokoji.Rádi

Vzdálenost ke koupališti, terasa hotelu, v daném období klid i v noci, chutná kuchyně. Velmi milý byl zájem ze strany majitele. Pravidelně zjišťoval spokojenost hostů, povídal si s nimi, řešil případné výtky.
Jediné, nad čím bych se jako majitel zamyslela je wellness pro hotelové hosty aspoň na 3 hodiny zdarma. Cestujeme poměrně hodně a nikde jsem nezažila, že by wellness pro hotelové hosty zdarma, alespoň omezeně, nebyl.

Líbilo se mi všude čisto a přímý vstup z pokoje do hotelového bazénu
Nelíbil se náš pokoj údajně kategorie de Luxe. Hrozně tmavý. S pár lampičkami takřka bez oken. Pouze 2 malá podstropní.
