The apartment is located very close to the city centre and about 100 m from the beach. It is also 5 min away by car from Perla beach. The owner is very nice and helpful. There is a parking space for the apartment which is very convenient. The owner sent us very detailed information about everything.
I would only recommend that there are curtains or blinds installed on the living room balcony door. But not having them was not a problem, it would just be more convenient.
