Die absolut wunderbare direkte Lage zum Meer, der großzügige in der Morgensonne liegende Balkon, Sonnenaufgänge erleben wunderbar! Der Kontakt zur Wohnungsvermittlung war perfekt, schnell und verbindlich!

Das Apartment hat leider keinen aktuellen gepflegten Standart. ( einige Fenster blind, Sonnenschutz/ Architektenlamellen waren schwer zu bewegen, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht gut)

Страхотна локация! Точно на входа на северния плаж и на 5 мин пеша от центъра. В непосредствена близост има магазини, ресторанти и всичко, което може да Ви потрябва. Осигуряват и паркомясто, което е безценно имайки предвид, че е почти невъзможно да паркираш в района. А тераста е просто вълшебна! Чак се чудиш да слизаш ли на плажа или там да си седиш. Направо не ни се тръгваше от там.

На мен лично ми беше неудобно леглото.

The only good quality of the studio is the extraordinary view towards the north side of the beach in Primorsko

Deplorable administration of the studio by a cleaning lady who only speaks bulgarian language, so you can't get any extra information about the accomodation. In our 8 days stay no cleaning was made, no linen and towels were changed, no toiletries (shower gel, shampoo) were offered and toilet paper was offered only after asking for it! Many other non-conformities: the studio surface is much smaller than 57sqm, the outdoor pool is not usable due to a security braid put on the ladder, the clothing dryer on the balcony is rusty and gets clothing dirty, there are unusable closed wardrobes and a tiny improvised chicinette with no space for cutting board/cooking, the kettle has the electric wire shorter than the distance to the plug!
