La casa

Mi è piaciuta moltissimo la casa. È una villa composta da 3 piani super attrezzata con spazio esterno bellissimo e barbecue. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, letti molto comodi e tantissimi posti letto anche per i gruppi piu numerosi. Con aria condizionata, 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni. La consiglio molto vivamente!

Fabio was a very caring host and communicated with us regularly throughout our stay. He often asked whether we were satisfied, whether we needed anything, and provided useful advice about the house and the surrounding area. At the same time, he fully respected our privacy, communicated discreetly from a distance and did not disturb us in person during our stay. We felt very comfortable in the house. It is spacious, comfortable and well suited even for larger families with children. A major advantage is the air conditioning and the possibility to park directly next to the house. The beautiful fishing village of Marceddì is about a 15-minute drive from the accommodation. We had an excellent meal of freshly prepared fish at La Vecchia Scuola restaurant. From Marceddì, the bridge towards Sant’Antonio di Santadi provides a convenient shortcut to the beautiful beaches of the Costa Verde. We most often visited Torre dei Corsari Beach, which was our favourite. We really enjoyed our stay and would especially recommend this accommodation to families with children looking for a peaceful, spacious and well-equipped place.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area of Terralba, rather than directly by the sea. The beaches, restaurants and other interesting places are not conveniently accessible on foot, so having a rental car is practically essential. With a car, however, everything can be reached easily and fairly quickly.
