Villa Emerita by Villa Plus

The property is huge and in a great position near Marina Rubicon. The Pool is heated without extra charge. The villa feels secure with the shutters and alarm.

There is building work going on in front of the villa, it was very noisy Monday to Friday. The villa management company could really do with supplying some basic cleaning supplies, normally we get cloths or a washing up sponge and a couple of dishwasher tablets, there was nothing except for tea towels. Talking of towels, it's becoming a trend to not supply any extras, you get 2 very small bath towels and a couple of small hand towels, please go back to the bigger towels and a smaller one for hair, it's so stingy as is charging for beach towels!

Lovely villa close to marina with a good range of facilities. Family holiday with different parts of family different weeks. Host arranged to change the beds between daughter leaving and other family arriving.

Some items such as dishsoap, handwash, salt pepper not included. Surprised as we have had these sort of basics previously. Sun loungers were not as expected. Not very comfortable. Early checkout 10am and no luggage storage. We manage to get day passes at a hotel nearby for 40E each.
