Villa Silvia I by Villa Plus

Very spacious and well equipped villa it was very clean with all the described amenities. The location was within easy walk of the seafront and local restaurants & bars. The pool and pool area with its BBQ was a real treat and private.

Well appointed villa. Very spacious and clean. Location is excellent. The pool was heated which was incredible as the weather wasn't the best.

Nothing.

Everything was great. You have everything you could want.....A private pool, pool table, table tennis, sunbeds and air-conditioning in bedrooms. The host was very helpful and friendly.

There is one thing I didn't like which was the dropped kerb to park your car inside. This was too steep and almost damaged my car bumper which was scraping as I was drove in and out of the driveway for the first time. Baring in mind the car was a standard height car from the hire company, not lowered or anything. I only did this once and then decided I won't be parking inside anymore as this will damage the car bumper completely. The driveway dropped kerb isn't designed for driving your car up it, unless you have a 4x4 then you might be ok, but it's part of the normal footpath which the villa is using and has been dropped for other use as you can see the same drop on the other side of the road and everywhere else in Fuerteventura. Please bare this in mind as the villa next door which I believe is Villa Silvia II by villa plus has a proper nice smooth dropped kerb to park your car inside. Photo attached of steep kerb.
