Villa Privada en un entorno único

We have used the villa several times over the last few years and like the facilities and pool.

Despite being renovated a few years ago we have noticed several things wrong and not put right. Things that need to be addressed: Pool patio doors cannot be secured properly as locks are broken, one of the sun beds is falling apart, pool table is showing signs of wear and cues are unusable, draw in downstairs bathroom has got wet and falling apart, signs of mould around upstairs windows in bedrooms, pool was dirty on arrival and not cleaned during our stay of 7 days, coffee machine leaks.

the property was exactly as it was described on the booking site. it has a lovely outside area with the pool and garden. suitable for any age group. would definitely recommend this property and would book this villa again if we go back to corralejo

The outside area’s were amazing. The table tennis and pool table were a great added bonus. The villa had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. walking distance to shops, bars and supermarket. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi but this got sorted straight away. During our stay we had a bigger TV fitted in lounge area, and the workmen were very polite and professional. The pool man was also very polite and professional.

Be good to have an info booklet on the villa re how to use cooker, washing machine, TV ect. No Wi-Fi upstairs. The pool got dirty really easily, would have been good if it had a pool cover. To help prevent this.

The villa was clean and tidy on arrival. It was spacious and like the photos online. It is in a good location and only 10 mins walk to a shopping/restaurants.

The communication with the owner was lacking. I saw a previous review about a broken lock on the patio door so I messaged prior to arriving and they said it had been fixed. That was not the case and I messaged when I arrived and they said they would come and fix it during our stay but did not show. The fuses tripped whenever it rains so turns the electric off in the kitchen, including the fridge. The window in one of the bedrooms had no hinges so when we went to open it the window nearly fell out. Little bits need tidying up and repairing such as the film on doors peeling off and mildew under window sills. Due to no working air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms.
