Ottima posizione anche se molto rumorosa, treno traffico e campane, bell appartamento moderno e funzionale. Bellissimo il terrazzo VISTA colline!
Appartamento dotato di tutto ma ... portatevi gli strofinacci da cucina!!!! La pulizia della struttura!!!! Pagare di più chi fa le pulizie!!! Sabbia e capelli biondi ovunque.

Mieszkanie czyste, dwupoziomowe (w dolnej części dwie sypialnie w górnej kuchnia salon i bardzo duży i taras z widokiem na góry). W mieszkaniu jest wszystko co potrzebne do zamieszkania na kilka dni. Dwie klimatyzacje jedna w dolnej części druga w górnej części mieszkania.
Parking bezpłatny przy sąsiednich ulicach na jedną lub dwie godziny (należy zostawiać kartką z godziną postawienia samochodu). Na zdjęciach zostawiam informacje gdzie bezpłatnie zostawiałem samochód.

La posizione per l'accesso alle spiagge libere e private, l'arredamento e le dotazioni dell'alloggio sono ottimi. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia bisogna tener conto che chi viene per una settimana pulisce se non tutti i giorni un giorno si è uno no. Ma per fare ciò serve un moccio, uno straccio, un detersivo, una laveta. Si fa in modo di calcolarli nel prezzo e uno li trova li e li usa. Bello il terrazzo. L'aria condizionata in questo contesto è un valore aggiunto insostituibile.
Il fatto che non abbiamo trovato sul posto un minimo di dotazione per fare le pulizie nel alloggio.

Stairs 😂... Apt is on the 4th floor, no lift. No issue for us, but if you have troubles to climb stairs..... Again I give score of 10
